The story revolves around Chinatsu (portrayed by Yoshida Mizuki), who reunites with her childhood friend and teenage crush, Kohki (played by Okudaira Daiken), on their university campus. A remark made by Kohki long ago, highlighting the male gaze, deeply affects Chinatsu and shapes her complicated relationship with her own body. Years later, when her breasts become the focus of a medical check-up, her emotional trauma reaches a new level.

However, the male actors in the film do not necessarily elevate its impact, as they are not cast to their fullest advantage.
